In addition to a traditional brokerage roll, we are often asked to provide assistance with anything from simple business valuation, real world financial assessment, due diligence assistance, to completely managing a transaction for buyers or sellers who have found each other without a broker’s involvement.

We currently provide a substantial amount of consulting services for small business buyers and sellers, as well as a limited amount of expert testimony work for attorneys and accountants. Consulting services are available on either a fixed fee, hourly, or when appropriate a success fee basis.
