In addition to a traditional brokerage roll, I am often asked to provide assistance with anything from simple business valuation, real world financial assessment, due diligence assistance, to completely managing a transaction for buyers or sellers who have found each other without a broker’s involvement.

We currently provide a substantial amount of consulting services for small business buyers and sellers, as well as a limited amount of expert testimony work for attorneys and accountants. Consulting services are available on either a fixed fee, hourly, or when appropriate a success fee basis.

We are confident we can enable our clients to reach their goals and therefore, absorb all marketing costs until we complete the sale. We do not believe in charging upfront fees. We are paid ONLY when the transaction is successfully completed. Our success fees/commissions are based on a percentage of the selling price and vary with the size of the business. Minimums do apply. Never an up front fee!
