Buying and selling a business is frightening. The seller is vulnerable to disclosure to customers, competitors, and to the company staff. Buyers and seller might misrepresent themselves. It is a high stakes venture into the unknown. Two qualities in a broker are absolutely indispensable; Trust and Competence.
